  1. The Glass Room. Sleep with the whole valley in view. Steel-framed glazing on three sides, linen-dressed beds on an old Persian rug, and a farmhouse table by the wood stove.
  2. Living & Dining. Dinner, then out onto the balcony. A dark timber table for six under a curved slatted ceiling, and sliding glass straight onto a balcony over the water.
  3. The Sundowner Deck. The best seats face the sea. A covered timber deck under a vaulted roof, café tables for two and four, and nothing between you and the horizon.

The studio

Architects, makers
and one stubborn stylist.

Forty-two people under one roof in Fort, and an atelier in Vasai where our sofas, beds and cabinetry are made. We take on twenty homes a year, so each one gets all of us.

    Homes

Apartments, villas and penthouses, from the first site visit to the last cushion — one team, one contract.

  • 02

    Kitchens & studies

The two rooms people use hardest, planned to the centimetre: worktop heights, task light, every book in reach.

  • 03

    Schools & learning spaces

Classrooms designed around daylight, acoustics and nine-year-olds — furniture they can move and walls they can write on.

  • 04

    Bespoke furniture

Sofas, beds, desks and cabinetry built to measure in our Vasai atelier, then installed, styled and lit.

The process

Drawn, then built,
then lit.

  1. 01

    Listen & measure

    Week 1

Two long conversations and a laser survey. We learn how you live before we draw a line.

  2. 02

    Design in 3D

    Week 3

You walk through your home — exactly like this — before anything is ordered or broken.

  3. 03

    Curate materials

    Week 6

Stone picked at the yard, timber at the mill, fabric swatched in your own light.

  4. 04

    Build & light

    Week 16

Our own site team and atelier, one project manager, and a home that switches on.
